“How overseas pensions can change your New Zealand benefits”

This law talks about how overseas pensions can affect your New Zealand benefits. You might be affected if you qualify for New Zealand benefits and any of these things are true:

You can get or are getting an overseas pension for yourself, your partner, or someone who depends on you.

Your partner can get or is getting an overseas pension.

Someone who depends on you can get or is getting an overseas pension.

If any of these apply to you, it might change how much you get from your New Zealand benefits.
