Social Security Act 2018

Administration - Notices and communications, services, and preferred suppliers - Administration services provided by contracted service providers

376: Administration service providers: MSD to ensure information published

You could also call this:

“MSD must share yearly details about help providers”

The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) has to make sure certain information is published every year by October 1st. This information is about the services that contracted service providers give to people.

You need to know that MSD will tell you about the kind of services these providers gave in the year that ended on June 30th. They will also tell you who these providers are and give you more details about them.

This is done so you can understand what services are available and who is providing them. It’s a way for you to know more about the help that’s out there for people who need it.
