215: MSD must give beneficiary notice of immediate suspension

You could also call this:

“MSD must quickly tell you in writing if they stop your benefit because of an arrest warrant”

If the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) immediately stops your benefit because of a warrant for your arrest, they must tell you about it in writing as soon as they can. This notice will explain that your benefit has been suspended and why. It will also tell you what you can do if you think there’s been a mistake about the warrant or if you want to sort out the warrant issue.
