Social Security Act 2018

Enforcement: sanctions and offences - Sanctions for breach of young person or young parent obligations - Sanctions: young person obligations

274: Effect of cancellation of youth payment on disability allowance or child disability allowance

You could also call this:

“Youth payment cancellation doesn't stop disability allowances”

If your youth payment is cancelled, you will still be treated as if you are receiving it for some purposes. This means you can still get a disability allowance or child disability allowance if you are entitled to one. The cancellation of your youth payment won’t affect your right to receive these other allowances.
