435: Regulations: factors affecting benefits: issue of warrant to arrest beneficiary

You could also call this:

“Rules about benefits when there's a warrant to arrest you”

The Governor-General can make rules about what happens to your benefits if there’s a warrant to arrest you. These rules can do a few things:

They can say which types of crimes don’t count when deciding about your benefits.

They can also say that some people aren’t affected by these rules at all.

The rules can cover anything else needed to make sure the law works properly.

These rules are called secondary legislation, which means they’re published in a special way.
