When an appeal is decided, the authority’s Secretary will send a message to the chief executive and the person who made the appeal. This message will explain what the authority decided and why they made that decision.

After receiving this message, the chief executive must act quickly to make sure the authority’s decision is put into action. They need to do whatever is necessary to make the decision happen.
