When you register a food control plan, the registration authority makes a decision. If the chief executive is the registration authority, they must enter the required information on the public register as soon as possible. They must also give you written notice with details like the registration start date and any conditions imposed under section 60.

If someone else is the registration authority, they must give the chief executive the required information to enter on the public register as soon as possible. They must also give you written notice with details like the registration start date and any conditions imposed under section 60. The chief executive then enters the information on the public register.

The registration authority must follow the rules outlined in clause 4 of Schedule 5 when entering information on the public register. You will receive written notice with important details after your food control plan is registered. The chief executive is responsible for updating the public register with your information.
