If you are a recognised agency or person, you can ask the chief executive for a new notice of recognition to replace an old one. You can do this if the conditions of your recognition have changed under section 147(2), or if your old notice is damaged, has mistakes, or is lost. You need to apply in the right way and pay any fees that you have to pay. The chief executive will then cancel your old notice and give you a new one if you have done everything correctly.
