Food Act 2014

Provisions relating to recognition, territorial authorities, administration, and enforcement - Recognised agencies, persons, and classes of persons - Suspension of recognition

161: Suspension does not limit other actions

You could also call this:

"Suspending a food business doesn't stop other actions being taken against it."

If a food business has its recognition suspended under section 158 or if the suspension is extended under section 159, this does not stop the chief executive from taking other actions against the business under the Food Act 2014. You can read more about these sections by looking at section 158 and section 159. The chief executive can still take other actions as allowed by the Act.
