When property is seized under a search warrant, you need to follow the rules in Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012, except for some specific parts. You can find these specific parts in subparts 2, 3, 4, and 8. If someone asks the court to decide what to do with the seized property under subpart 6 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012, the court thinks about whether the property is safe or suitable.
