Illustration for Food Act 2014

When you get a search warrant, you have to keep a copy of the application for it. This copy can be on paper or on a computer, and it must be kept as a record. You must keep this record because Section 101 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 says so, and this rule applies to all search warrants under the Food Act 2014.
