When you get an interim compliance order or a compliance order, it must tell you some important things. It must state your name, and the reasons why you got the order. It must also say what you need to do, or what you need to stop doing, and how long you have to do it.

The order must explain what will happen if you do not follow it, or if you want to appeal against it. You have the right to ask for the order to be changed or cancelled under section 337, or to appeal against the order under section 339.

The order must also give you the name and office address of the person who applied for the order.
