If you want to apply for a review, you must write it down and say why you are making the application. You need to give reasons for your application. This is so the person looking at your application knows what you are unhappy about.

When you apply for a review of a certain decision, like the one described in section 354(2), you must give your application to the chief executive within 20 working days of being told about the decision. This is a time limit, so you need to act quickly. You must get your application in on time.

If you are applying for a review of a different decision, like the one described in section 354(4), you must say if you have already asked the relevant territorial authority to rethink their decision, and what they said. You must also give your application to the chief executive within 60 working days of being told about the original decision, or a longer time if the chief executive allows it. You need to send a copy of your application to the territorial authority that made the decision you are unhappy about.
