191: Report of review

191Report of review

  1. Once a review has been completed, the reviewer must—

  2. prepare a written draft report of the review that includes—
    1. the conclusions reached; and
      1. any recommendations formulated as a result of conducting the review; and
      2. provide the chief executive and the territorial authority with a copy of the draft; and
        1. give the chief executive and the territorial authority a reasonable opportunity to make written submissions on the draft; and
          1. take those submissions (if any) into account.
            1. The reviewer, after complying with subsection (1), must—

            2. prepare a written final report on the conclusions reached and recommendations formulated as a result of conducting the review and considering any comments from the chief executive and the territorial authority; and
              1. give a copy of the final report to the Minister, the chief executive, and the territorial authority.
                1. The final report must include—

                2. the review’s conclusions; and
                  1. the facts on which those conclusions were based.
