If you want to appeal a decision under section 362, you must follow the rules set out in the District Court Act 2016 and the District Court Rules 2014. You make and determine the appeal in accordance with these rules. The District Court will hear your appeal.

The District Court's decision on your appeal is final, unless section 364 or 365 applies to your situation. This means the District Court has the last say, except in certain circumstances. You can find out more about these circumstances in sections 364 and 365.
