Food Act 2014

Provisions relating to recognition, territorial authorities, administration, and enforcement - Territorial authorities - Transfer of territorial authority's functions, duties, and powers to chief executive

183: Records of transfer, change, etc

You could also call this:

"Keeping track of changes to jobs and responsibilities"

When a territorial authority transfers some of its jobs to the chief executive, you need to know it must keep a record of this transfer. This record includes what was transferred and the agreement about the transfer, which is explained in section 179 and section 180. The territorial authority also keeps a record of any changes or if it stops doing something, as explained in section 182.

The territorial authority keeps a record of any changes it makes. It must give these records to the chief executive as soon as possible after making the changes.

The territorial authority is responsible for keeping these records and giving them to the chief executive.
