118Registration

  1. If the chief executive approves an application for registration, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable,—

  2. enter the information required by clause 13 of Schedule 5 on the relevant public register; and
    1. give the applicant written notice specifying the date on which the registration takes effect and the duration of the registration.
