61AClarity of food control plans not based on official template or model

  1. If a registration authority considers that a food control plan that is not based on an official template or model does not comply with section 56(e),—

  2. the authority may require the operator of the plan to amend the plan to comply with section 56(e); and
    1. the operator must amend the plan accordingly within 6 months after the date the operator received the authority’s requirement to amend the plan.
