If you are an issuing officer, you can issue a search warrant if you think someone has done something wrong under the Food Act 2014 at a place. 323Issue of search warrant

  1. This section applies if an issuing officer reasonably believes that there is, at a place, any thing—

  2. in relation to which an offence against this Act has been or is being committed; or
    1. that has been, is being, or is intended to be used by a person for the commission of an offence against this Act; or
      1. that is evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act.
        1. The issuing officer may issue a search warrant for a place.

        2. Sections 102 to 104 and 107 and subpart 5 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 apply.
