Food Act 2014

Provisions relating to recognition, territorial authorities, administration, and enforcement - Offences - Presumptions

264: Presumption as to contents and label

You could also call this:

"What's on the label is what's inside, unless proven wrong"

When you look at a package of food, you can assume the food inside matches what the label says. You can also assume the information on the label about who imported, produced, or handled the food is correct. This is true until someone proves that the information is wrong.
