The chief executive must review how section 137 has worked since it started. You can find out what section 137 is about by looking at the section 137 link. The chief executive will check if any changes to the law are needed.

The chief executive will think about whether section 137 should stay the same, be changed, or be removed. This will help decide if the law is working as it should. The chief executive will look at the law after the introductory period, which is explained in section 415.

The chief executive will write a report about the review and give it to the Minister within 6 months of starting the review. This report will say what the chief executive found out about how section 137 has worked. The Minister will get the report to help make decisions about the law.
