“This part of the law is about making rules for selling and supplying alcohol to help keep our community safe.”

The purpose of Parts 1 to 3 and the schedules of this Act is to help the community. You will see a new system of control over the sale and supply of alcohol. This system has two main parts: it must be reasonable and its administration must help achieve the object of this Act.
