Licensing trusts, community trusts, and other matters - Licensing trusts - Disqualification and vacancies

325: Vacation of office by members

You could also call this:

"When a member of a licensing trust stops being a member because they die, do something wrong, resign, or miss meetings."

If you are a member of a licensing trust, you will stop being a member if you die. You will also stop being a member if you become disqualified under section 322. This means you can no longer be a member if you do something that section 322 says you should not do.

If you want to stop being a member, you can resign by writing a letter to the president or secretary of the trust. You can also be removed as a member under section 328. This is another rule that says when you can be removed as a member.

If you miss four meetings in a row without the trust's permission, you will also stop being a member. The trust needs to give you permission to miss a meeting, or you will have to leave your position.
