If you look at the list of trusts in Part 3 of Schedule 1, you will see that each of these trusts keeps existing as if it was set up under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The next time trustees are elected for these trusts will be on the same day as the next triennial general election for territorial authorities, which is held under the Local Electoral Act 2001. This means the trusts will keep working, but they will have their trustee elections at the same time as other local elections.
