2Commencement

  1. Sections 3, 4, 102, 103, 105, 106, 128, 129, 131, 132, 140 to 142, 304, 363, 408, and 418(2) come into force on the day 6 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.

Sections 8 to 58, 59 (except subsections (3) and (4)), 60 to 74, 80 to 101, 104, 107 to 127, 130, 133 to 139, 143 to 168, 186 to 303, 305 to 362, 364 to 396, 409 to 411, 413 to 417, 418(3), and the schedules come into force on the day 12 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
