Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Sale and supply of alcohol generally - Licensing process: on-licences, off-licences, and club licences - Renewals

126: Renewal of licence held by auctioneer or caterer

You could also call this:

"Renewing a special alcohol licence for auctioneers or caterers if you still meet the rules."

If you have a special licence as an auctioneer or caterer, the people who give out licences will not renew it unless you still qualify for the special conditions on your licence. You must still meet the requirements that allowed you to get the special licence in the first place, which is explained in section 38 or section 39. The people who decide whether to renew your licence will check if you still qualify before they make a decision.
