314: Electoral roll

You could also call this:

"Who can vote for a licensing trust is decided by the electoral roll, a list of people in an area who can vote."

When you vote for a licensing trust, you need to be on the electoral roll. The electoral roll is a list of people who can vote in a certain area. If the trust area is inside one city or district, the electoral roll is the list of people who live in that area and can vote in the city or district elections.

You will be on the electoral roll if you live in the trust area and can vote in the city or district elections. The person in charge of elections for the city or district must mark on the electoral roll who can vote for the licensing trust. They must also mark which area or ward you can vote in, if the trust area is divided into smaller areas.

The person in charge of elections can use special words or marks to show who can vote for the licensing trust. You can compare this to s 194 to see more information. This is how the electoral roll works for licensing trusts.
