335Annual meeting of electors
A licensing trust must hold a meeting of electors within 2 months after the annual financial statements have been audited by the Auditor-General.
The trust must give the electors public notice of the meeting not less than 10 working days before the meeting.
At the meeting of electors, the president and members of the trust must—
- present a report (the annual report) to the electors on the trust's operations in the immediate past financial year; and
- provide a reasonable opportunity for electors at the meeting to ask questions about, and to discuss or comment on, those operations.
The annual report must—
- include the financial statements for the immediate past financial year; and
- show separately for that financial year—
- the total remuneration paid to the members of the licensing trust; and
- for employees or former employees who were paid remuneration and other benefits of $100,000 per annum or more as employees, the number of those employees broken down into bands of $10,000; and
- a list of all grants made by the licensing trust.
