287: Automatic suspension of licence for non-payment of annual fee

287Automatic suspension of licence for non-payment of annual fee

  1. A licence for which the annual fee prescribed by regulations made under this Act is not paid within 30 days after the day on which it is due is suspended for the period—

  2. beginning on the day 31 days after the day on which it is due; and
    1. ending on the day on which it, and all penalties payable in respect of its late payment, are fully paid.
