224Application for renewal of manager's certificates

  1. The holder of a manager's certificate may apply in accordance with this section for the renewal of the certificate.

  2. Every application for the renewal of a manager's certificate must—

  3. be filed with—
    1. the licensing committee for the district in which the applicant is presently employed as a manager; or
      1. if the applicant is no longer employed as a manager, the licensing committee for the district in which the applicant is residing; and
      2. be made before the date of the expiry of the certificate; and
        1. be made in the prescribed form and manner; and
          1. contain the prescribed particulars; and
            1. be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
