371: Who is qualified to vote in election of trustees of community trust

You could also call this:

"Who can vote for community trust leaders where they live"

To vote for the trustees of a community trust, you must be a residential elector of a territorial authority in the area where the trust is. You also need to live in the trust district. If the trust district is divided into smaller areas called wards, you can vote for the trustee in your ward if you live there. You can't vote for trustees in other wards, only the one where you live, and you can find more information about this in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 by looking at s 219S.
