125Restriction on renewal of off-licences

  1. The licensing authority or licensing committee concerned must not renew an off-licence unless—

  2. the premises are premises for which (by virtue of section 32, 34, or 35) an off-licence can be issued; or
    1. the licence has continuously been held by a club since before the commencement of section 28.
