139Notification requirements

  1. An applicant for a special licence—

  2. must comply with any applicable notification requirements prescribed by regulations made under this Act; and
    1. if required to do so by the secretary of the licensing committee concerned, must, within 10 working days after filing the application, ensure that notice of the application in the prescribed form is attached in a conspicuous place on or adjacent to the site to which the application relates.
