372Conduct of election of trustees

  1. Subject to this Part and any regulations made under this Act, the election of the trustees of a community trust must be conducted under the Local Electoral Act 2001 as an election under that Act; and the electoral officer for the election is the electoral officer of the territorial authority in whose district the trust is situated.
