Licensing trusts, community trusts, and other matters - Community trusts - Trustees

378: Vacation of office by trustees

You could also call this:

"When a trustee stops being part of a community trust"

If you are a trustee of a community trust, you stop being a trustee if you die. You also stop being a trustee if you become disqualified under section 376 or 377. You can stop being a trustee by resigning in the way the trust deed says.

If you are removed under section 380, you stop being a trustee. You also stop being a trustee if you miss four meetings in a row without the trust's permission. This means you are no longer a part of the trust and cannot make decisions for it.
