25Issue of second licence for premises already licensed

  1. A licence of one kind can be issued—

  2. for premises for which a licence of another kind is (or licences of other kinds are) already held; or
    1. for premises for a part of which a licence of another kind is (or licences of other kinds are) already held; or
      1. for a part of any premises for the whole of which a licence of another kind is (or licences of other kinds are) already held.
