234Allowing unlicensed premises to be used for sale of alcohol
A person who is the occupier or one of the occupiers of any unlicensed premises commits an offence if that person allows any other person to sell, or display or keep for sale, any alcohol in those premises.
A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to either—
- a term of imprisonment of not more than 3 months; or
- a fine of not more than $40,000.
