Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Sale and supply of alcohol generally - Other enforcement provisions - Agencies' duty to collaborate

295: Duty to collaborate

You could also call this:

"Police and other officials must work together to enforce alcohol laws"

When you are looking at how the law works with alcohol, you need to know that the Police, inspectors, and Medical Officers of Health have to work together. They must make plans with each other to keep an eye on alcohol licences and make sure people follow the law. They also have to cooperate to come up with ideas and put them into action to reduce the harm caused by alcohol.
