Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Licensing trusts, community trusts, and other matters - Licensing trusts - Conduct of business

331: Trusts may determine own procedure

You could also call this:

"Trusts can choose how to run their own meetings and make decisions"

A licensing trust can decide how it wants to run its meetings and make decisions. You can think of it like a group of people working together to make choices about how they will do things. The trust can also decide how it will do its daily business, as long as it follows the rules in this part of the law and any other laws that apply, like the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, which you can find on the New Zealand legislation website. The trust must also follow any regulations made under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
