Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Sale and supply of alcohol generally - Licensing generally, requirements on licensees, and conditions - Requirements on holders of on-licences and club licences

51: Non-alcoholic drinks to be available

You could also call this:

“Places that sell alcohol must also sell non-alcoholic drinks at fair prices.”

When you go to a place that sells alcohol, the person in charge must make sure you can buy non-alcoholic drinks there too. They have to have a good selection of these drinks available when the place is open for selling alcohol. You should be able to buy these non-alcoholic drinks at prices that are fair and reasonable.
