72Duplicate licence or certificate

  1. If the secretary of the licensing authority or a licensing committee is satisfied that any licence or manager's certificate issued by the licensing authority or licensing committee has been lost or destroyed, the secretary may issue a duplicate licence or certificate to the holder.
