278Notice of prosecution or conviction of managers and licensees
Any person who files a charging document for an offence against this Act against a manager of any licensed premises must send a copy of the charging document to the licensee.
On the conviction of a manager of any licensed premises of an offence against this Act, the Registrar of the court by which the conviction is entered must send a notice of the conviction, together with any recommendation made by the court in respect of the manager's certificate, to—
- the licensee; and
- the secretary of the licensing authority.
On the conviction of a licensee or a manager for an offence against this Act, the Registrar of the court by which the conviction was entered must send a notice of the conviction, together with any recommendation made by the court in respect of the licence, to the secretary of the licensing authority, the Police, the inspector, and the Medical Officer of Health.
