Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Sale and supply of alcohol generally - Licensing bodies - Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority

178: Annual report

You could also call this:

"The Alcohol Authority's yearly report to the Minister on what they did and how the alcohol laws worked."

The Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority must prepare a report every year. You will see this report covers what the authority did during the year and how the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 worked. The authority must send this report to the Minister within 6 months after the end of its financial year.

The report also looks at whether the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 needs to be changed. The Minister gets the report and must show it to the House of Representatives within 20 sitting days.

The Minister can compare this to the s 98 section for reference.
