258Licensee's offences in respect of manager

  1. A licensee who fails, without reasonable excuse, to do any of the following commits an offence:

  2. appoint a manager as required by section 212 or 213:
    1. ensure that section 214 is complied with:
      1. comply with section 231.
        1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine of not more than $5,000.
