259: Failure to comply with certain requirements and restrictions imposed by or under this Act

259Failure to comply with certain requirements and restrictions imposed by or under this Act

  1. A person commits an offence who fails or refuses to comply with—

  2. any of sections 46 to 63, 150(2), and 231(1); or
    1. any requirement or prohibition imposed by regulations of a kind described in section 398(2) or 401 made under section 397(1)(f).
      1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine of not more than $5,000.
