Resource Management Act 1991

Functions, powers, and duties of central and local government - Powers and duties of local authorities and other public authorities

36E: Termination of joint management agreement

You could also call this:

“Explains how to end an agreement between groups working together on something”

If you are part of a joint management agreement, you can end it by telling the other people involved that you want to stop. You need to let them know 20 working days before you want the agreement to end. This applies to anyone who is part of the agreement. You don’t need a special reason to end it, but you do need to give this notice.
