or “The Environment Court can get help from experts who know a lot about special topics”

You could also call this:

“The Environment Court has helpers like a Registrar and other workers who do important jobs to keep the court running smoothly.”

The Environment Court has people who help it run smoothly. You need to know that the court must have a Registrar. This person is in charge of the administrative work. The court can also have one or more Deputy Registrars to help the Registrar. There can be other people to assist with administrative tasks too.

The Registrar, Deputy Registrars, and all the other helpers are appointed under the Public Service Act 2020. They are all considered officers of the court. This means they have official roles in the court.

Deputy Registrars can do all the same things as the Registrar. They have the same powers, duties, and protection. However, the Registrar is still in charge of what the Deputy Registrars do.

People who work for the Environment Court can also have other jobs in the public service. This means they might work for other government departments too.
