165ZUSubmissions on plan change request and concurrent application

The regional council must, in addition to preparing a summary of submissions on the plan change request, prepare a summary of submissions on the concurrent application.
Clause 7 of Schedule 1 accordingly applies also to the summary of submissions on the concurrent application.
However, no person may make further submissions under clause 8 of Schedule 1 on a concurrent application.
