331ABAnnual review of emergency response regulations

  1. The Minister must, within 12 months after any regulation made under section 331AA comes into force, and once in every 12 months after that while the regulation remains in force,—

  2. carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of the regulation; and
    1. prepare a report on the review; and
      1. present the report to the House of Representatives as soon as practicable after it has been completed; and
        1. make public the outcomes of the review.
