58J: Time frames applying under first set of national planning standards
or “This explains when councils must update their plans to match the new national rules.”

You could also call this:

“Local councils must put their planning papers on a free website within a year of getting new rules.”

Within one year after the first set of national planning standards is approved and published in the Gazette, your local authority must make all documents for your district or region available to you. You can access these documents for free on a single website where you can search for the information you need. This means you can easily find and read important planning documents about your area without having to pay or visit multiple websites.
